We are open to all who need our meals. Some but not all of our guests are homeless but they all have needs that cause them to come for the shared meal together. We provide a free drop-in service between 10 and 12 on Monday at St James’s Church N10 3DB and on Tuesday at Wilton Community Church N10 1LT, between 2 and 4 on Wednesday at the Salvation Army Centre Wood Green N22 6JA and between 9.30 and 12 on Saturday at St James. Anyone who attends within those hours will be seen and have their problem addressed. We do not hold practising certificates so cannot do advocacy in court or work reserved to the legal profession, but will do anything within our competence to assist people in difficulty. Our main focus is on solving legal problems but we also provide general advice and assistance with debt management, issues with neighbours, unacceptable behaviour at work and so on. Our mission is to raise the burden of legal worry from those who are oppressed by it.

We provide advocacy and generic advice services to women and older people covering social welfare law; housing and homelessness, welfare benefits, education, training, employment, debt management. We provide legal awareness sessions and facilitate opportunities for users to engage and learn skills so they become more confident and self reliant.

We provide activities and services to help reduce social isolation (Luncheon Club for older members of the community) and Housing Related Support (Supporting People) service to vulnerable Haringey residents.

We run a volunteering and work placement programme for young people where they learn skills in business administration and organising activities.

Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT) service

Patients can now self-refer to the CRHT service by contacting them on the numbers below. If you are a patient who needs urgent care please contact your care co-ordinator first between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please call the CRHT team.

The CRHT service provides an urgent outreach service, and assessment 24 hours a day, seven days a week, wherever people are at the point of referral e.g. GP surgery, A&E, or in their own homes.
