Social and fundraising dates for your diaries
Children’s Easter workshop on Saturday 8th April
Monthly coffee mornings and cake sales – come along for a freecoffee and a chat and buy some cakes! Begins on Saturday 22nd April, further dates will be announced.
Kings Coronation Saturday 6th May – will aim to show the broadcast in Church for those who wish to come along, bring and share lunch.
Bowes are hosting their annual spring lunch on Saturday 13th May prices £15 Adult, £7.50 for children under 13 and a family ticket of 4, £30
Adult craft afternoon Saturday 3rd June, led by Bisi, cost £5 bring your own lunch.
Children’s painting afternoon – date to be confirmed in summer holidays
Bowes are hosting their Caribbean evening on Saturday 17th June, more details and ticket prices to follow
Bowes summer coach trip to Eastbourne on Saturday 19th August, Yvonne will organise coaches for both Churches. More details and prices will follow once known
St Michael’s All Nations Celebration, date to be set? In July or September
Walsingham National Pilgrimage of healing and renewal Monday 29th August. Carol will book coaches and update on cost of tickets.
St Michael’s day Friday 29th September – evening Mass followed by cake and drinks.
Bowes are hosting Christmas Lunch – Saturday 9th December tickets and more details nearer the time
Christmas wreath / flower arrangement workshop Saturday 16th December cost and details to follow
Would you like to sponsor the flowers by St Michael’s Statue in memory of a loved one? Cost £5 a week. If you are interested please give your names and dates to Carol
We would like to host a quiz evening but we would need someone to volunteer to devise the questions and lead the quiz. How about you?
Mini bus trips – Cost of trips need to take into account the continuing upkeep / insurance of mini bus. Any future trips will have an additional charge £5 per person per trip for Church member’s £10 non church members. Sunny has a diary of bookings carol will oversee this until Sunny returns.

St Michael’s Followers Breakfast Club

We offer a free breakfast club for children (and their parents and carers) from 9.45 - 10:20am on Sunday mornings in St Raphael centre.

Our junior church (children over the age of 5.) meet every Sunday during the 10.30am Mass. We continue to use hand sanitizer and ensure all touch areas are cleaned before and after use. The children are given their own supplies for their use only. We ask that parents complete a registration form for their children.
