The Rectory
The new Rectory has been built in the old rectory rear garden, along with a semi-detached, four bedroom Glebe dwelling.
Ground floor: reception room, study, kitchen / breakfast room, utility room and toilet for people with disabilities and garage.
First floor: bedroom (1 with ensuite & 2), living room and bathroom.
Second Floor: three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The rear garden is mainly paved, with a small planting area.

The rectory was designed by Mr Roger Warr, and built by Molloy and Lynskey.

 

St Michael-at-Bowes' Vicarage
The Team Vicar lives in this accommodation which is situated adjacent to St Michael-at-Bowes Church, Palmerston Road. It is part of a block of flats in the Collings Close development which was built on the former Bowes church plot.

St Gabriel's Vicarage
St Gabriel's Vicarage is situated in Brownlow Road, between Bounds Green Road and Bowes Road (North Circular).
It is currently being managed by the diocese. As there are two Team Vicar's allowed in our parish representation scheme, St Gabriel's Vicarage is the accommodation for any extra priest appointed in the future.

20 Cornwall Avenue
This property belongs to the parish, and is currently let out and managed by a Wood Green property management company on our behalf.
The property was occupied by an assistant priest in the recent past, and can easily be brought back into parish use should the need arise.
